  1/25/12 - Racing Commission approved the adoption of Split Blood Samples: Rules N.J.A.C. 13:70-14A.4 and 13:71-23.4, the Post-race testing program, will allow for outside laboratory confirmatory testing on blood samples of horses determined to test positive for a prohibited foreign substance by the Racing Commission laboratory.
 		 
  12/20/11 - Racing Commission approved the application of the New Meadowlands Racetrack, LLC, Jeffrey Gural, Manager, to acquire the standardbred permit to operate the Meadowlands Racetrack, and which was supplemented by a lease agreement entered into between the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority and the New Meadowlands Racetrack, LLC to conduct a live standardbred race meeting commencing January 6, 2012.
